The 2012 Summer Workshop

Genesis and Conservation of Aromatics from Grape to Wine and their Descriptive Analysis was presented by Alain Razungles

July 26th and 27th at the Berks Campus of Pennsylvania State University.

Alain Razungles is a professor of winemaking and viticulture at Montpellier University. Recognized worldwide as an educator, researcher and descriptive analyst,  in his "other life" he jouneys to his family estate of 30 hectares near Vingrau, northwest of Perpignan to make the wines at Domaine des Chênes, where he learned from his father things not taught  in the university.
